Extension of Check-out until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charged
50% off from net room rate & Check-out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room
charge at contracted rate.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW:
Should a cancellation be received less than 7 days of the schedule arrival date in normal
season or 14 days during High and Peak Season or should a reservation result in a ‘”No
Show”, a penalty of one night room rate contracted will be applied to your account
Should the guest depart earlier than their reservation, a minimum penalty fee of 50% of
the rest reservation will be charged to your account.
