CHILD POLICY
A maximum of two adults and one child under 12 years is recommended for each room . A child can be accommodated using the exiting bed space.
EXTRA PERSON SURCHARGE
Extra bed cost at = US$ 12 net/person inclusive of breakfast.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
Check-in time is from 2.00 PM and Check-out time is at 12.00 AM.
Extension of check-out time until 18.00 hours is subject to space availability and will be charged 50% based on contract rates. Check-out after 18.00 hours is subject to one night room charge at contracted rate.
CANCELLATION
The operator agrees to notify the residence by facsimile or written notice of any cancellation.
Low / Normal Season : Any cancellation 14 days prior to check in date = 1 night cancellation fee
High Season : Any cancellation 21 days prior to check in date = 1 night cancellation fee
No Show : No show guest are required full charge
Any cancellation in low, high & idul fitri 5 days prior arrival are subject to full charge
