TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rates are the same for single and double occupancy and are inclusive of breakfast to a maximum of 2 adults. Breakfast will be served at Taman Gita Terrace during normal operation hours.
Additional charge for one extra person over the age of 12 is at $ 55nett per night (inclusive of breakfast) for Resort Classic and Singaraja and $ 85nett per night for Club InterContinental (inclusive of Club benefits).

Maximum of one rollaway bed in Resort Classic and Singaraja. No additional bedding is permitted in Club InterContinental. Existing daybed in Club InterContinental Rooms and Duplex Suites may be used as additional bedding for one person over the age of 12.
Maximum 2 children under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents is permitted. In Resort Classic and Singaraja, children between 5 and 12 years will pay $10nett daily per child for breakfast charges.

Children under 5 years old are complimentary. For Children 5 to 12 years old, $43nett  per night will be charged per children for Club InterContinental accommodation and benefits. Children under 5 years will not be charged in Club InterContinental accommodation.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
All cancellations must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by the Resort.
During Normal Season:
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 72 hours prior to arrival are subject to a one night cancellation fee. Any change in length of stay within 72 hours is considered as cancellation and subject to one night cancellation fee.
Cancellation made within 24 hours or no show will be subject to full payment for the duration of stay. Early check out will be charged for the full duration of stay.
During High Season (12 Jun – 18 July, 2010): Cancellations must be made at latest 14 days prior to arrival, otherwise they will be subject to one-night cancellation fee. Any cancellation received within 72 hours prior to arrival or no show or early checkouts, will be subject to full payment for duration of stay.
Hotel has right to impose deposit in advance subject to hotel discretion.
