Amertha was built on the foundation of community involvement and local wisdom was applied to every aspect of Amertha’s development. From the beginning, discussions were held with the village leaders of Pemuteran. We have listened to their ideas and implemented many of their suggestions.
Amertha Bali Villas is located in Pemuteran in the northwest corner of Bali. The exceptional oceanfront setting with lush tropical landscaping and spacious, private surroundings offers an idyllic and unforgettable vacation experience.
The resort is near the holy Pulaki Agung Temple and many other ancient holy temples. Amertha Bali Villas is also just a short boat ride from Menjangan Island, world renowned for diving and snorkeling.
Getting to Amertha Bali Villas is about a 3-hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. If you wish, one of our English-speaking drivers can pick you up and drive you to Amertha in the air-conditioned comfort of our vehicles. This service is also available for group travelers. Along the way, your driver will give you a mini-tour as you drive by villages, pass sacred temples, and observe the ancient customs of Bali.
Amertha's 14 gorgeous villas are surrounded by lush tropical gardens and serene open spaces.
Guests may book an individual suite or an entire villa.
When booking an individual suite, the pool and kitchenette may be shared with other suite(s) in that villa.
All villas have a private swimming pool & outdoor daybeds.
Rates are based on villa/suite location, category and the number of guests.
The palatial Master Suites feature spacious vaulted ceilings, king beds, and oversized, Balinese influenced indoor/outdoor bathrooms.
The Junior Suites are smaller versions of the Master Suites, include queen beds, and also offer similar , luxurious, amenites.
There are three categories of Villas and Suites, Ocean Front, Ocean View, and Mountain and Garden View.
Most Mountain and Garden View Villas have peek-a-boo views of the sea.

For your culinary pleasure, our beachfront restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer international, continental and local Balinese cuisine. The menu is also available through room service. In addition to our daily menu, the chef can prepare dishes for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or special occasions.

Our beachfront pool and bar are located right beside the Amertha Restaurant. It’s a perfect place to spend an evening chatting with other villa guests, or enjoying the splendor of a Bali sunset while sipping an exotic cocktail made by our expert bartenders.

The luxurious Amertha Spa offers our guests a magical and relaxing experience. You may choose to be pampered in the peaceful indoor environment with views of tropical gardens and fountains or on the beach with the waves lulling you into relaxation.
The Amertha Spa offers a variety of soothing massages and therapy treatments. Our Traditional Massage utilizes aromatic oils to relieve tension and improve blood circulation. The Amertha Massage uses deep pressure point massage and stretching techniques to increase vitality and flexibility. The Boreh, or Balinese Cleansing Massage, eases joint discomfort and rheumatism.
The Spa also offers scalp massages, rejuvenating facials, manicures, pedicures, foot and hand treatments, waxing, a variety of body scrubs, cream baths, and ear therapy combined with acupuncture. All massage and scrub treatments include natural essential oil burners to induce total relaxation. A variety of spa packages are also available at very reasonable rates.
Amertha is pleased to offer our guests the opportunity to experience healing and relaxation through acupuncture and the use of oriental medicines. Our onsite expert, Doctor Soma Devi, is highly qualified, experienced, and certified in classical homeopathic medicine. She compliments her acupuncture treatments with dietary and lifestyle recommendations and dispenses herbal formulas when needed.
